With 20+ years of experience in business building she has created over £500M in value through her business advisory and personal ventures. Jyoti has deep expertise in strategy consulting, fast-growth company building, and is a certified Influence Psychology coach and Co-Founder of In This Together.
MAGGIE BUGGIE
Maggie brings 20+ years of experience leading large-scale companies ($4 billion+ ARR) and VC/PE-backed start-ups ($2-500M ARR). She’s held executive roles at global giants like SAP and Capgemini, and scale-ups like Normative, specializing in monetizing emerging tech. Maggie is currently a Non-Executive Director at Spirent Communications, Sitecore and Co-Founder of In This Together.
PAUL FIFIELD
Paul has been building companies for 25 years, the last 15 focussed on tech, co-founding Ceros & SIA and joining UNiDAYS as CRO. Across the three companies, he raised over $100M in US VC, achieved a partial exit to PE at a $200M valuation at Ceros and created over $150M in combined revenue. Paul is currently EIR at Episode 1, Operating Advisor at Bessemer Venture Partners, and Co-Founder of In This Together.
